To get started completing surveys for money, you start by clicking "Complete Offers" at the top of the page. Offers are automatically sorted by their rating. The rating system at CashCrate helps you find offers that have the highest chance of paying-out, so you're going to want to complete them first.

As you can see, that is all the information you have to fill out. I suggest using a DIFFERENT email address than your main one when completing offers, if you do not, your inbox will be filled with spam. After you've filled out this page, submit it by clicking "Click Here For Your Free Quote" Wait for the following page to load, and exit out of that offer. Since you've completed that offer, you'll want to keep track of what you've done. So go back to the "Offers" page, and click "Submit" next to the offer you've completed. The following box will come into the page.
Your pending earnings should also go up, you won't receive credit right away, because the advertiser has to contact CashCrate, telling them that you've completed that offer. After the advertiser confirms that you have done the offer, CashCrate will credit your account accordingly.
It's a good idea to clear cookies after completing an offer. You want to clear cookies after doing an offer, because some of the offers on CashCrate are advertised by the same company. If you try doing more than one offer from the same company, without clearing you cookies, they know you've already been to one of there offers, so why would would they pay for your information again? If you don't know how to clear cookies, you can clear cookies in firefox by going to Tools > Clear Private Data > then make sure only "Cookies" is checked.
So you're probably wondering how, and when you'll receive your money for doing surveys. You'll receive your money from CashCrate the following month, around the 20th, as long as you hit the $10 payout. So if you make $104 in may, you'll receive your money around June 20th, by check. You're probably also thinking this is a scam. This is a legitimate "GPT" (get-paid-to) program. CashCrate has also been around a lot longer than many other get-paid-to sites.
